ENROLL
Enrollment is managed in the Studio Director Family Portal.
An account is required for enrollment in any class.
Follow the below steps to register and create/login to your account.

Once enrolled, review our STUDIO CALENDAR & take note of all important dates & studio closures.
2024-2025 SEASON • POLICIES
• Class capacity is limited and enrollment is accepted on a first come first serve basis.
• Enrollment in a class is not confirmed until full payment of the first billing cycle is received. Tuition for Billing Cycle #1 is due at time of enrollment.
• Spots will not be held and enrollment is not confirmed until full payment is received.

• If a class is full, please add your child to the waitlist so we know if there is enough interest to add an additional class.
• Classes with low enrollment will be evaluated and may be combined at the studio's discretion.
• If a class is removed from the schedule, an alternative will be offered and if that option does not work for you, your tuition will be pro-rated to the number classes attended and a refund issued if applicable (the 15% admin fee will not apply to this type of refund).
• Cancellations are subject to a 15% admin fee.
2024-2025 SEASON •
CLASS RATES & DISCOUNTS
Annual Family Enrollment Fee: $45/family
• Automatically applied to your Studio Director account upon enrollment or on your yearly anniversary date.
​Single Class Rate: $29.00/class
​10% Sibling Discount
• Discount applies to the lesser priced sibling's tuition.
• Sibling discounts will be applied to all siblings after the first child.
​Multi-Class Discounts:
• 2 Classes/week, receive 3% discount per class ($28.13/class)
• 3 Classes/week, receive 5% discount per class ($27.55/class)
• 4 Classes/week, receive 8% discount per class ($26.68/class)
• 5 Classes/week, receive 10% discount per class ($26.10/class)
• 6 Classes/week, receive 12% discount per class ($25.52/class)
• 7 Classes/week, receive 15% discount per class ($24.65/class)
• 8 Classes/week, receive 18% discount per class ($23.78/class)
• 9+ Classes/week, receive 20% discount per class ($23.20/class)

as well as manage your account.​

STEP 3 - ADD CLASSES
Once Logged into Studio Director...
​
A) DO THIS FIRST...confirm your child's birthdate is accurate. Only classes within your child's age group will show as available. If your child does not meet the age restrictions for a class, submit an approval request by emailing info@thefloordanceacademy.com.
B) ADD CLASSES to your account keeping mindful of the age, level, and pre-requisites of your desired classes. New families, please email us for level approval if choosing classes in Levels 2, 2A, 3, 4, or 5.​​

STEP 4 - FINALIZE
Once Classes Have Been Added...
A) Update payment method and opt in for Auto-Pay - REQUIRED.

- Tuition will automatically be calculated along with all applicable discounts - multi-class and family.

- Accounts will be processed the week prior to a billing cycle. Unpaid tuition will result in removal from the class until balance is cleared.

- Tuition billed in 5 billing cycles throughout the season:
#1 - Due upon enrollment
#2 - Due week of Oct. 21
#3 - Due week of Dec. 30
#4 - Due week of Feb. 24
#5 - Due week of Apr. 21​​

- To stop enrollment, email with two weeks notice.

Review the below policies before enrolling in a class.

TRIAL CLASSES
Trial Classes will be accommodated during the following weeks only:
September 3-14
October 14-19
November 4-9
January 6-18
February 3-8
March 10-15
TRIAL CLASS INFO:
• Complete above STEPS 1, 2, 3A, and 4A to set up a studio account.
• All trial classes must be pre-scheduled by filling out this GOOGLE FORM (will open Aug. 26) a minimum of 72 hours prior to the class. We will not accommodate students without a form submitted.
• Multiple classes can be requested on each form, but please fill out one form per child.
• Trial Class Rate : $35/class (not eligible for discounts)
• Tuition must be paid for PRIOR to trial class attendance.
TRIAL CLASS REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION. Do not arrive for a class unless you have received confirmation.
• Some classes require instructor approval. Prior to your requested trial, we will notify you if approval is granted. Please refer to the class schedule to review classes requiring studio approval.
• AFTER THE TRIAL CLASS, if you wish to enroll, EMAIL us at info@thefloordanceacademy.com. Verbalizing to the teacher or on-site staff does not constitute enrollment. Registration is ONLY ACCEPTED via email. A spot will be held in the class for 48 hrs after a student participates in a trial class. If a student does not register within 48 hrs, their spot will be offered to the next student in line.
• Existing students who wish to try a class that they are not currently enrolled in must also pre-register by filling out this GOOGLE FORM.
• Not all classes on the schedule can accommodate trial students if the class is already at capacity. We will do our best to find a class for you if your requested class is unavailable.

• Trial classes are not permitted during the period leading up to a performance or showcase.

MAKE-UP CLASSES
Make-Ups are allowed for missed classes and are the responsibility of the family to schedule.
Make-Ups are non-transferrable and expire at the end of each Semester.
• Although not required, if you are able to, please EMAIL us if your child will be absent from a class.
• Make-up classes must be pre-scheduled by EMAIL a minimum of 72 hours prior to your requested make-up class. Drop-ins are not permitted.
• Approvals may take up to 72 hours & students may not attend a make-up class without receiving an emailed approval.
• Make-up classes do not carry over to the next semester or season. Semester 1 make-ups expire on January 31, 2025 & Semester 2 make-ups expire on April 26, 2025.
• Due to mandatory class attendance for the Showcase, there will be NO make-up classes scheduled during Billing Cycle #5 for any performing classes.
• There are no refunds or credits issued for unused make-up classes. There are various class options to use as make-ups so credits will not be offered if you cannot find a class to make-up that fits your schedule.
• Due to class size limitations, all make-ups must be pre-scheduled & approved prior to attending.
• Make-up classes may be scheduled in a class within the same level the student is currently enrolled. The Studio Admin Team can assist in finding the right fit for your child.
• Not all classes on the schedule can accommodate make-up students if the class is already at capacity. We will do our best to find a class for you if your requested class is unavailable.

• Please keep a close eye on our studio calendar for your family's school or vacation plans as we will not credit or refund missed classes.
