ENROLLMENT FOR THE 2022-23 SEASON OPENS AUGUST 10TH FOR EXISTING FAMILIES & AUGUST 12TH FOR NEW STUDENTS
• On Wednesday, August 10th EXISTING families will receive an email with instructions on how to enroll in classes along with class placement recommendations if applicable.

We are excited to have you join us. How to Enroll:STEP 1: • Review the class schedule to choose your child's schedule. STEP 2: • If you are new to The Floor, please create a Studio Director account by clicking the following STUDIO DIRECTOR button. This is where you will enroll in classes. It will be your class & tuition hub where you will find class schedules & view your tuition information. • If you are a returning family, please click the following button & login to your existing Studio Director account. If you do not recall your password, click on "Forgot Your Password?" to reset your account. STEP 3: (Once you have accessed your Studio Director Account) a) DO THIS FIRST: Double check that your child's birthdate is correct. You will only be able to see the classes within your child's age group. If your child is too young or old for a class, you will need to email us at info@thefloordanceacademy.com for approval. b) You can then begin to add classes to your child's schedule. Existing Families: to enroll on 08/10 & 08/11 use the password emailed to you to access the classes. Please keep in mind that some classes require prior approval &/or need a prerequisite to enroll. (ie. some of the acro classes require pre-approval to enroll OR you need to take a technique class to enroll in Latin Jazz.) Emails have been going out today for classes that require pre-approval. Please email us if you have any questions. Thank you! c) Update your payment method & opt in for Auto-Pay. If you do not opt in for auto-pay, it is your responsibility to login to your account & make a payment on the first day of each billing cycle. Please note that as we make a concerted effort to check all tuition for accuracy prior to processing any payments, Auto-Pay accounts will be processed over the course of 7 days following a billing cycle start date. |
STEP 4:
After you have enrolled: Review our STUDIO CALENDAR & take note of all important dates & studio closures. Registration Notes: • Enrollment in a class is not confirmed until full payment of the first billing cycle is received. Tuition for Billing Cycle #1 is due at time of enrollment. • If a class is full, please add your child to the waitlist for that class so we know if we have enough interest to add an additional class. • There is always the possibility that once the bulk of enrollment has taken place, we will need to make schedule revisions (often due to enrollment levels exceeding a class capacity or on the other hand, not meeting the minimum needed to run a class). You will be notified of all changes prior to your child's class. We appreciate your understanding & will always do our best to make any change as minimal as possible. TRIAL CLASSES: (please click here for full Trial Class details) • If you are interested in a trial class, please note that we will not know which classes have availability until the start of our season. Please check back with us after August 29th for classes that can accommodate trial students. Please keep an eye out for our Kick-Off week schedule (Aug. 29-Sept. 2) as we will be offering drop-in classes then. Although the instructors might be different than what will be in place for the Sept. 6th season start, we will have a sampling of classes to offer that week.
