By submitting this form, you agree to payment for all selected and approved trial classes. Tuition will be processed automatically, and no refunds or credits are available for cancellations or missed classes.

Create a Studio Director account following this link: https://app.thestudiodirector.com/thefloordanceacademy/portal.sd?page=Login


Add a payment method in Studio Director following these steps:

1) Click on the 3 horizontal lines in the top left corner

2) Click on "edit payment method on file"

3) Add name, address, email address, then click NEXT

4) Enter credit card details then click OK

5) You will then see your card details but it won't be added to your account until you click SAVE

MONDAY SCHEDULE (Tuition will be charged for all boxes checked $35/class)

Choose the Thursday classes you are interested in trialing:

THURSDAY SCHEDULE (Tuition will be charged for all boxes checked $35/class)
