Class enrollment is by age

Dancers usually stay in each age group for 2 years/seasons before advancing into the next Discovery Program age group

Once they age out, they will be invited to move to Level 1 classes

Dancers will learn the foundations of dance, become comfortable with the studio classroom setting, and learn to express themselves through a guided dance class
ATTIRE:
​Most importantly, we want our youngest dancers to feel comfortable so please use your discretion and use the following as a guideline:

CLOTHING: Leotard & Tights, dance dress (above the knees), leggings, jazz pants, fitted shorts, tank tops, or fitted t-shirt

SHOES: ballet or jazz shoes (socks or tights alone can be slippery on our floors and we prefer dancers not to be barefoot)

HAIR: secured in bun, french braid, or off the face

Please avoid baggy clothing & costumes that may cause a distraction

Attire should be easily removed for bathroom breaks if needed
