Our studio events are an extension of our mission: to nurture confident, creative, and connected dancers. Whether on stage or in the studio, these experiences give students the opportunity to express themselves, support one another, and grow together. We are proud to cultivate a space where artistry is celebrated, friendships are formed, and every dancer feels seen and encouraged.
Light Up The Night Performance
The Floor Dance Academy has once again been invited to provide entertainment at Light Up The Night, a festive community event in Sherman Oaks!
We’ve participated in this event in the past, and it was such a wonderful experience for both our dancers and the event organizers. We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to return!
One of the things we’re most excited about is bringing our dancers together for one special mixed-level group performance! We’re hoping for a wonderful representation of dancers ages 9+ from across all levels at The Floor, coming together to perform as one group.
This is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the season, connect with fellow dancers, and share our love of dance with the Sherman Oaks community!
MANDATORY REHEARSALS
All rehearsals will take place at The Floor Dance Academy
Saturday, November 7th 4:30-6:00pm
Saturday, November 14th 4:30-6:00pm
Saturday, November 21st 4:30-6:00pm
Attendance at all three rehearsals is mandatory. A mandatory run-through will also take place at the studio on performance day before departing for the event. The specific time will be communicated closer to the performance.
