TICKETS FOR SHOWCASE
Tickets will go on pre-sale Monday, May 18th at 5:00pm

DO NOT share the code as it is intended to be used by performer families only.

All ticket sales will be closely monitored.

During pre-sale, please do not text or call the studio with ticket questions. Questions must be emailed to info@thefloordanceacademy.com. Emails will be answered as they are received

TICKET LIMITS:
SHOWS 1A & 1B:
Pre-sale maximum of 3 tickets per show will allow all families the opportunity to purchase seats.
SHOWS 2, 3, & 4:
Pre-sale maximum of 4 tickets per show will allow all families the opportunity to purchase seats.
SHOW 5:
No ticket limit.
SEATING CHART:

Different colors on the seating chart will indicate seating availability. If you do not see any YELLOW seats, try again as the GREEN/BLUE seats will turn YELLOW once they are released from someone's cart.

Seating is tiered, with each row increasing in elevation toward the back of the theatre. Front row seats may require a slight upward viewing angle. All seats offer excellent sight lines. A photo is provided for reference:

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Performers DO NOT need a ticket. Performers will be backstage for the duration of the show. All performers will return to the stage for a final bow & recognition.

Family & friends wishing to watch the show are required to purchase a ticket. Lap-seated children 4 and under are free and do not require a ticket. If you wish for your child to have their own seat, a ticket will be required.

Tickets are non-transferable between shows. Each show's tickets are sold separately.

Unsold wheelchair & companion seats will be released on show day if still available.

Patrons have the option to select keepsake tickets shipped via US Mail at checkout for a small fee until 1 week prior to the event.

To purchase tickets by phone or make an exchange, customers are to contact our call center at 1-844-RECITAL (732-4825). Patrons should follow the prompts for all other inquiries. Ticket buyers, Press 1 for customer service. Hours: M-Sat 7am-5pm PT, closed Sundays & major holidays. Calls answered immediately. To provide this personal service, patrons will pay a $4.50 order fee to exchange or modify as many tickets as are in their order.

All tickets are final. No refunds.

Tickets will be sold on-site if the shows are not sold-out. Day of ticket price is $40.00.

Remaining seats will be available for purchase when general ticket sales open on Wednesday, May 20th at 8am PST (access code not required and ticket limitations removed).
